Download your data
1. Go to your account settings by clicking on your name on the right-hand side of the top menu, then click the Settings button.
2. Click on the small blue Download my data link at the bottom of your Profile page.
3. Enter your password in the pop-up to confirm you want to download your data.
4. Click on the blue Download my data button to complete the request.
5. A confirmation message will pop up to confirm that your request was successful. Click the Ok thanks button when you're done reading it. That's it!
How does it work? We'll send an email to the email address associated with your Atomi account with a link to download your data. This might take up to an hour to process.
