Here at Atomi, we're committed to privacy and transparency, so if you'd like to delete your account, we're happy to help.ย
However, we must warn you, deleting your account is a permanent action!ย
You will no longer be able to log in to Atomi, and we will not be able to recover any of your account data, such as your progress, scores or insights. In addition, when deleting your account, you agree that any pro-rata or promotional credits you may have remaining on your account will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
PLEASE NOTE: This will also delete all other Atomi accounts associated with your email address. At this time we are unable to delete personal accounts linked to an email address which has multiple subscriptions attached to it. Where multiple subscriptions are linked to your account, please see this help article that walks through the steps of how to switch between subscriptions linked to a single email address.
Delete your account
1. Go to your account settings by clicking on your name on the right-hand side of the top menu, then click the Settings button.
2. Click on the small blue Delete my account link at the bottom of your Profile page.
3. Enter your password in the pop-up to confirm you want to delete your account(s).
4. Click on the red Delete my account button to complete the request.
โ5. You'll be logged out immediately, and your account(s) will be deleted.
Please note: If you are the owner of a school account, you'll have to transfer your account ownership first before deleting your account. If you want to delete all users and close your school account, please email support@getatomi.com.
