When an insight flags students who need support, you can assign each of them a pre-filled revision task without leaving the page. The suggested lessons and introduction message are ready to go, and you review everything before it sends.
Click the Insights menu item in the top navigation.
Click the Next steps tab.
Find the insight you want to act on. Insights are grouped by class.
Click the View students button on the insight.
Click the Create task button next to a student.
Review the task and edit the title or intro message if you need to.
Remove a lesson with the remove icon, or add more with the Add Atomi content button.
Check the Date due and Time due fields, plus the class and student in the Classes and Students dropdowns.
Click the Create task button in the top-right corner.
Repeat steps 5 to 9 for each student in the insight.
When every student in the insight has a task, the insight moves to your Actioned list automatically. If you've supported some students another way, click the Mark as actioned button to move it yourself.
