How do I clear my browser cache?

Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click on the More (three dots) icon .

  3. Click on the More tools menu item, then on Clear browsing data.

  4. At the top, choose a time range, select All time.

  5. Check all the boxes, next to "Browsing history", "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."

  6. Click on the Clear data button.

Safari

  1. On your computer, open Safari.

  2. Click on the History menu item 

  3. Then select the Clear History... menu item at the bottom of the drop-down menu. 

  4. Choose "All history" for how far back you want your browsing history cleared on the pop-up.

  5. Click on the Clear History button.

Edge

  1. To view your browsing history, select Hub, then History .

  2. Select Clear all history.

  3. Choose these types of data you want to remove from your PC:Browsing history; Cookies and saved website data; Cached data and files.

  4. Select Clear.

Firefox

  1. Click the three dashed menu button  and choose Preferences.

  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.

  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data… .

  4. Check the boxes in front of Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content. 

  5. Click the Clear button.
