We want as many people as possible to be able to use the Atomi platform, along with our marketing website, help centre and digital assets or resources.

Compliance status

Atomi’s platform, website, digital assets (non-web documents) and help centre partially comply with:

We’re committed to making continuous improvements to align with this standard.

You should be able to:

  • Access captions for all our video content

  • Navigate using a keyboard or speech recognition software

  • Use your operating system or browser to control contrast levels and fonts

  • Zoom in up to 200% without the text overflowing off the screen

  • And, easily read most text on the platform, website and help centre.

We’ve also made our user interface copy, website and help articles as simple as possible to understand.

Recommended technology

How accessible is Atomi?

We know some parts of Atomi are not fully accessible, and we're working on improving these:

  • Some embedded files, such as PDF documents, photographs, images and graphs, are not fully accessible to screen reader software

  • Allowing assistive technology to identify when different languages are used within a page

  • And, alternatives for time-based media or audio descriptions of our prerecorded video content.

How can we help?

We’re always looking for ways to improve the accessibility of our products and services. If you find any problems not listed on this page or think we’re not meeting accessibility requirements, please get in touch with us.
