I haven't received a confirmation or validation email upon sign up. What do I do?

Trust us, this happens a lot.

The first thing you should do is check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ email folder and see if it ended up in there for some reason.

If you can't find the activation email in your junk or spam, request a password reset from the forgot password page. When you reset your password your account will be automatically validated.
