In this one-on-one, face-to-face professional development course, you'll work with industry leader Sam Di Sano, who will help guide you through your professional and personal goals. Over the course of a term, Sam will prepare you to take on positions of responsibility within your school or direct you through the early stages of leadership. By combining goal setting with observation and leadership coaching, Sam will provide you with the skills and experience in career direction, scenario advice, working with colleagues, decision making and conflict resolutions. You'll cover the basic principles of leadership as well as bespoke topics in the initial planning process. By the end of the course, you'll have received peer review feedback as well as objective feedback after implementing agreed strategies.
