We want as many people as possible to be able to use the Atomi platform, along with our marketing website, help centre and digital assets or resources.

Compliance status

Atomi’s platform, website, digital assets (non-web documents) and help centre partially comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We’re committed to making continuous improvements to align with this standard.

You should be able to:

  • Navigate using a keyboard or speech recognition software

  • Use your operating system or browser to control contrast levels and fonts

  • Zoom in up to 200% without the text overflowing off the screen

  • Easily read most text on the platform, website and help centre

We’ve also made our user interface copy, website, and help articles as simple as possible to understand.

Recommended technology

We use a variety of tools to test the accessibility of our products, including screen readers, keyboard-only navigation techniques, screen magnification, and automated testing software. For the best experience, we recommend the following combinations:

How accessible is Atomi?

We know some parts of Atomi are not fully accessible:

  • Not all our content videos have captions yet, but we’re continually adding more.

  • Some embedded files like PDF documents, photographs, images and graphs are not fully accessible to screen reader software.

  • Some of our forms are difficult to navigate using just a keyboard.

How can we help?

We’re always looking for ways to improve the accessibility of our products and services. If you find any problems not listed on this page or think we’re not meeting accessibility requirements, please contact us.
