You are able to cancel your subscription anytime if you are paying monthly by turning off automatic renewal before your next payment date. 

If you are paying yearly you are still able to cancel your subscription, however, keep in mind the initial upfront payment is non-refundable as per our terms. That means you'll still have access to your account until the year you've paid for runs out - it just won't renew again for the next year.
