In this small group, face-to-face professional development course we'll introduce you to the leadership of change management, specifically within syllabus design. Mapping the process of change, from design to implementation will be the focus of this course, giving you the opportunity to discuss important current pedagogical issues, the process of introducing change and best practices in implementation. You'll be asked to bring an issue to the workshop, considering the timelines, workflows and communication required when implementing change. By the end of the course, you'll have the opportunity to present your process for change and receive valuable feedback and advice from peers.
